Thoughts on a first cycle

EQ - 250 mg 3 x week



Deca - 200 mg 3 x week

Synthroid - 100 tabs a bottle (1 tab AM, after 3 weeks increase to 2 tabs AM)

Helios - 50 tabs a pack (1 tab AM, 1 tab PM)
Test 180mg a week
 
WAYYYYYYYYYYYY too much for a 1st cycle.

What are your stats?
 
bro, where did you ever come up with something like that for a first cycle... i almost question whether this is even a real post... that's absurd... what are your stats? age/height/weight/body fat? cycle history? training history? goals?
 
Training for about 3 years, 240lbs 20%BF

At what height?

How old are you?

Sounds like what you need is a good strict diet and regimented training program.....what are you eating in a typical day? What's your training look like?
 
Here is what I am eating

Meal 1
50 grams uncooked oats 1 whole egg
300 grams egg white
Meal 2
175 grams Chicken breast 150 grams Brown rice 100 grams Broccoli
Meal 3
175 grams Tilapia or other white fish 150 grams Sweet Potato
Meal 4
175 grams Chicken Breast 150 grams Sweet Potato
Meal 5 (No meat)
75 grams Lentils
75 grams Black Quinoa
2 cups shredded lettuce or field greens
All food is weighed cooked unless it says uncooked. Veggies are uncooked. Drink at least 3-4 liters of water a day.
PRE-WORKOUT – ALL MAX MUSCLE PRIME – 1⁄2 SERVING (IF TRAINING 2 X DAY) OR 1 SERVING IF TRAINING ONCE A DAY
POST-WORKOUT (within 15 minutes) – 60 grams of Whey Isolate with 40 grams of Waxy Maze
 
For a first cycle I would go with just test but with 20 percent BF I recommend running the sarms1 triple stack with a lot of cardio and tighten up on the diet to cut down some bf before using any AAS.

Is it just me, but I don't believe any of these fucking diets people put up. The only ones I believe that have diets like these are the ones with avis of themselves with veins in their abs....and they never post their diets because it's pretty fucking obvious they don't eat shit lol.

Sorry for the rants lately, I've been on a tren tear lately despite not being on anything. #wtf #nontrenrage
