Thong underwear inspected at high school

Several girls attending a dance last Friday nite were checked by the assistant principal to see if they were wearing thong underwear. Before being allowed to enter the dance the female administrator physically lifted girls skirts in front of there classmates, male and female alike.
Rancho Bernardo High School's Rita Wilson went way out of line here. One 16 year old's bra was exposed when this woman examined to see if the student's tube top was attached to her bra.. This idiot forced dozen's of girls to expose themselves, as she asked "are you wearing thong underwear? Let me check."
This was totally out of line. What right do school administrators have requiring students to wear certain types of undergarments? Wilson will remain on the job while the incident is being investigated. Several parents are asking for her immediate resignation...frankly, this aol member feels that Wilson might be a candidate for legal action for invasion of privacy, and sexual harassment. What do YOU think?
 
i think its perfectly acceptable and those little high school brats and their fucked up lawyer parents should chill out. i'd like to see half the lawyers in this country lined up and shot or retrained to be ditch diggers (the world needs ditch diggers too, son).
 
The issue isn't lawyers...it is about administrators overstepping their bounds. Even Ms. Wilson's superiors told the media that what she did was wrong...and disciplinary action would be taken
 
its tough to keep a bunch of teenages from grinding each other on the dance floor and getting each other drugged, pregnant, etc., anything short of the riot police should be OK, and these little shits in their high school skirts and thongs and their mamby-pamby "i want my rights" asshole parents should stop bitching and comply with whatever rules and regs the administration and that teacher wanted to impose. plus some young boys got a good look at thong covered asses, so that's fun too!!

There AREN'T any rules and regulations regarding "types" of undergarments they are allowed to wear...just outergarments
 
well maybe there should be, and this was the first "research" step in instituting same. i'm sure you could get plenty of volunteers from this board to assist in this research!

in general, i support any rule a high school comes up with, down with bratty kids!!!! up with the administration!!!! down with bratty ACLU parents and their lawyers!!!! up with cops and military and those who enforce the rules!!!!!

I have to agree with Glootz. If the outergarments are appropriate then the undergarment issue become a moot point. I am wearing a thong as I write this under a pressed shirt, tie and dress slacks so......

That is disgusting, talk about petaphilia (or however you spell it). They should definitely go for legal help, that's an invasion of privacy, a search under the fourth, and severely overstepping one's bounds. I would have that administrator removed immediately, he's preying on the vunerability of these young teens. Something must be done!!!
 
if i had a daughter and they did that to her, they would see me and a lawyer in pin stripes and brief case in hand, the next day school was in session! i'd freakin molest the people's bank account that did that to her and use the money to send her to a private school and driving a new BMW.

Look. Regardless, REGARDLESS, of if they're allowed to wear thongs or not, you DO NOT expose them in front of the entire school. Bottom line.

I don't give a phuck what you think of the teens, you can generalize them if you want, right or wrong, but what the administration did was wrong. No way around it.

If ANY school employee, male or female, had MY daughter lift her skirt or drop trou to see what kind of underwear she had on, that person would be spitting teeth. NO FUCKING WAY anyone but the parents of that child have the right to dictate what kind of underwear they wear PERIOD!!! It IS a civil rights violation, and I guarantee these parents have a great case against the school system. Cindy, maybe you could explain to me how kids grinding on a dance floor end up pregnant, and also what the fuck does teens having sex have to do with what kind of underwear the girl is wearing??? they (the school), have NO RIGHT to check what kind of undergarments someone else's children are wearing.... If you choose not to let YOUR CHILD wear that type of underwear, then YOU have the right to do that, but NO ONE else has the right to dictate that, much less check... please...

Adding to it, she allegedly excluded overweight girls and girls that in her opinion looked 'matronly'. If anyone ever did this to my daughter, I'd light them on fire and put them out with a hockey stick.... Also, anyone else that was involved should also be terminated/imprisoned, because the witnesses (one of them being a cop on a detail) said it was more than just her doing it, but she was obviously the ringleader because she was the ranking administrator present.....

My daughter is pre-school age but she probably has more common sense than any three teenagers out there today!! This is definately out of the ordinary. I work at a school and can attest to the fact that the teachers nowadays are not worth a shit and don't deserve the respect or pay we give them. Exponentially so of the administrators. However, the people I know would have had the damn sense to have a female taken to another more private room. I doubt very seriously if the person is a pedophile (cute buzz word though) but she was definately wrong in this case. Cindy99 is mostly right but I'm not impressed with the quality of people running education where I am. I also agreee with the dudes that stated there would be teeth to be picked up if it were my daughter. Voilence isn't my style but the next time I have to go the school because one of my kids got hurt again, I am doing to the administrator what he thought was ok to have done to my son/daughter. It will be my pleasure, too.
 
Conversely, I do not feel that the administrator has any right to inspect a student's underwear....EVEN IN A PRIVATE ROOM. That simply is not anyone's business except the person wearing it.
 
There is no reason in the world why you shouldn't be allowed to wear a thong-as long as it isn't showing than it doesn't violate one dress code rule.That is SUCH fucking bullshit. If that happened, first I would find a lawyer,then be repaid by the school for my ticket fees, if I had a limo I would be repaid for that as well, my outfit/accesories, my hair. And then I would sue on account of my night being ruined, violation of privacy, violation of freedom of dress, and violation of my civil rights. And also sue because it would have been psychologically and emotionally disturbing. Those bastards would pay. It is not the administrators job or place/right to dictate what underwear I can and can't wear. That is just a corrupt bitch who completely went out of line and deserves all the consequences she is going to hopefully receive. No Sir, I was not intending to allude to that . It is no concern of anybody but the individual. I heard that there was a rumor that girls were going to not wear underwear so there was something to see when the skirts flew up while spinning around on the dance floor. I'm not saying it is OK, just that it might have started there.:fro:

First off Cindy, I think you need to get your head out of your ass. No school has the right to tell an individual how a certain person should look whether it's underwear or certain style of clothing. Back in 89 I remember my older brother could not wear shorts to school. It was against the school policies. How fucked up is that? Here in Dallas where I live, certain kids could not wear certain "Marilyn Manson or Ozzy" T-shirts cuz it was quote " satanic lookin and anti-religious". No, but it's alright for kids to show off they're bible religious bullshit T-shirts. Hello we live in America and have the right to express who we truly are and everyone should be accepted whether they believe in God, Satan or fuck even Buddah. It's always the ones who got nothing to show off or something to hide who sit back and do all the bitching. If you don't like it then fuck off and go else where. Don't get me wrong I believe in God but yea I love loud ass musicians like "Pantera, Manson, Slipknot and I even like Hip-Hop". I'm not gonna let some 24/7 hardcore religious fucker tell me how to live my life when they got nothing better t o do than sit and read they're bible trying to be perfect. Parents these days do not wanna take responsibility for they're kids actions. Look at all the suicides kids are comitting over Rock music and drugs. Since '96 thru-2000 many parents blamed shock rocker " Marilyn Manson" over they're childs behavior, drug problems, religion and suicides. Now tell me that's not fucked up? You honestly think by listening to somebody's music, it will cause the person to do such a harm thing to themselves? Yes of course music is there for us to enjoy and get a certain feeling out of it, but no musician is responsible for a listeners actions. It's the parents fault for not listening to they're kids and giving them enough attention. If they're kid had problems, they should of helped em or done something about it instead of pointing the finger at someone else. hey misterpiece - didn't see your post and only had time to read a few lines, but i think schools have every right to tell little kids (high school and below) what to wear, how to act, who to fuck, when to give the teacher a blow job, etc., in college its a different story as the students are older, living on their own for the first time, and actually paying for the education. in high school, the administrators should have every say so, and the kids should shut up and listen!!! yee hah!
 
and if i was flexible enough to actually get my head in my ass, i'd be the most popular chick in grad school!

I have two daughters who are not yet school age. And anyone, I fucking mean anyone, who puts a hand on them, or looks at their underwear without my daughter's permission will fucking die. This happens at a school my child attends, I will get a phone call, because my kids know that people are not to do things like that to them, and as soon as I get that phone call, someone is going to have 230 lbs of pissed off black belt powerlifter on their ass!!!

School are there to try to give kids an education, not control what type of underwear they choose to wear. Whats the difference between that HS senor and that same HS senor 6 months later when their in college? I wish there was some way to have her read of all you guys with kids that are adamant that she would experience bodily harm if it happened to your daughter...and I am not condemning you for your feelings. I never had children, but I imagine I would feel the same way...perhaps she should have thought of what kind of consequences she would have brought on to herself before doing what she did...
And I'm sure that there are parents at that high school that feel the same way as all of us here...(wonder if any of them on roid raging?)

to harddtime and masterpiece. you two obviously are still in high school, and you shouldn't be on this board reading about gear until you're 18 years old. come back in a year or two. in the meantime, if your teachers tell you to do something, you do it. don't cry foul and look for mommy or daddy's lawyer to bail you out. this particular case was fairly aggregious and anyone with half a brain would agree that it was a pretty stupid thing for that teacher to do, but these posts illustrate a couple of points.

1. if something bad happens, you DON"T have the God-given right to get paid enough money so you don't have to work anymore. Its people like me (those of us out of high school and college that pay taxes and pay 4 insurance) that have to pay for idiots like you that want to go around suing everyone.

2. there are to many lawyers out there making #1 possible. the recessions of late 80's and today have pulled talent out of MBA schools and make more post-collegiate kids goto law school, they come out with nothing to do but chase ambulances.

3. my usual mantra - UP WITH COPS!!! DOWN WITH LAWYERS!!! LITTLE KIDS HAVE NO RIGHTS!!!! IF A COP OR A TEACHER TELLS YOU TO DO SOMETHING, DO IT!!! (99.999999% OF THE TIME ITS NOT "EXPOSING YOUR UNDERWEAR_.

4. I think teachers have every right in the world to tell these little kids how to dress (not underwear of course, DUH??) but everything else, hat's gang colors, etc.,

5.. hardtime and misterpice - when you two get out of school and start working and then you maybe find a woman stupid enough to let you bang her and you have a few trailer trash kids, you'll thank the administrators who keep the scumbags at school from knifing your nice kids and keep the gangs at bay as best they can.
