I recently had plates and screws put in my right ankle,due to a motorcross accident.Does any one know if gear helps recover and if the answer is yes what would kind of gear should be used.

I would do an oral like tbol for few weeks and try to work your upper body to at least get the healing process sped up

I'm in week 3 right now....test suspension,test ,deca and anavar...The anavar has helped considerably with the swelling IMO..

I have 3 broken bones on the top of the foot..about as bad a place to break a bone...I wrecked my Harley on 10/11 celebrating my 50 th B-Day
