Third cycle help

Hey guys, I had a few questions that maybe someone on here could help me with, first off I have done two previous cycles of test e and dbol with great results, in the winter time to bulk up. I haven't done a cycle in a little over a year, I kept some but lost some of the gains I made from the last cycle and now I want to do something to build more muscle and Lean up a little for summer, I was just wondering what would be the best cycle I could do to gain but lean up a little at the same time, I've been seeing a lot of cycles with test e and tren e and was wondering if that might do the trick? Thank you for any help! I'm 24 5'7 165 pounds right now.

I don't think you need tren yet, and at your weight and height you should still be focusing on gaining.... You don't need to recomp or cut yet unless our seriously all fat no muscle. In which case you should cut and bulk more naturally anyways till you have a better base to work from

I would run something like 500mg test, 600mg EQ, and tbol as a kicker

Weeks 1-20 test E 500mg/week

Weeks 1-18 EQ 600mg/week

Weeks 1-8 tbol 50mg/ED

PCT

Eat a few hundred cals over maintenance, keep your carbs clean and mostly around training... You should no doubt be able to maintain your bodyfat and add some decent size this way making you look leaner! Also the vascularity and dryness the EQ will provide will help with the leaner look.

IMO it's a waste to run a cut or recomp cycle unless your stepping on stage or already big enough that you can afford to spend more time in a deficit without it affecting the potential growth you COULD have had from the same cycle.
 
20 weeks of test? I was thinking like 12? Why so long?


Solely because of the fact I'm recommending you run EQ which should be minimum 16 weeks... 18 is better, than you'd have to run the test a couple weeks longer for the EQ to mostly clear.

Also because for your goals of adding muscle without bodyfat it would be better to extend a longer cycle giving you a larger window to slowly grow without putting on unnecessary fat along with the muscle... Just my .02$

I wouldn't recommend 20 weeks to a first timer but since you have a cycle or 2 under your belt I don't think it would be detrimental.

If that seems to long, i suggest doing test only and just eating like a beast and grow grow grow for the 12 weeks you were planning. You'll regret wasting your time and money trying to recomp now just to look a bit better for summer.
 
What do you recommend for pct for that cycle?

I'm on year round so I never PCT.... I have a general idea but A couple of the dudes here are better with PCT knowledge. I do think you'd enjoy this cycle though, mild lean gains for the whole 20 weeks... I'd say you could come out 15 clean pounds heavier after pct if run properly with a solid pct... Slim to no BF gain if diet and training on point... Maybe even drop a percent or 2
 
I would also use an AI on cycle (arimidex) .25 eod and hCG 2x week at 250 iu.
For PCT nolva and clomid 100/50/50/50, 40/20/20/20 starting 2 weeks after last pin.
