thanks I have cycled for years now.  and learned a lot by trial and error.  you must take all advice on here with a grain of salt. cycling is personal as to goals, age, diet genetics, work ethic in gym etc. still this time I am going bigger than I have before and going to add 25mg dbol with test E/tren E.  
I am about a month in.  up about five lbs which may not sound like much, but five lbs of true gains can make a startling difference in your body composition.  clothes fitting tighter in right places...feeling stronger and more powerful. Noticeable changes in mirror.   
I have been on this site for many years and don't come on much anymore.  I cut my teeth here site on AAS but after a while I felt my knowledge had become finite.  I often read posts of guys putting on outrageous amounts of size in one cycle :  20 or 25 lbs.  I have NEVER had this type of gains maybe 5-7 at most.  I suspect most of these gains were water or guys with higher body fat.
