ive gotten pretty good at the 4 mile run latley im running it around 25:40 at best and about 28:00 at worst. but what do you guys think of high rep squats with like 95 pounds or so. my purpose is to tax the heart and lungs as much as i can. its starting to get boring running latley so what do you guys think about it as being a cardio substitute. ill give it a go and let u guys know whats up. i will do this 5 days a week but on the sixth day i will go heavy on squats my usuall 3-4 reps at about 8 sets and 6-8 reps of 4 sets on legpress on heavy day. im not shure how many ill get with 95 pounds maybe 50 perhaps?
