Hello everyone, I'm new here and I need same advice on how to go about dosing my first cycle, I've never used them before. First some background info, I'm a 19 year old male from northern ireland, I've always been skinny since before I can remember, I go to the gym twice a week and I just don't seem to gain any weight or muscle. Here are my stats:

Height: 5 foot 10
Weight: 124lbs

Sorry mate but u're nowhere near ready for juicing. Not enough training, not enough experience, not enough dieting awareness and u're too young and nowhere near ur natural potential besides. Step away from the juice bro.

Yes I can see your point, I was told the exact same thing on another board. But the thing is, I NEVER gain weight no matter what I eat. If I ate 5 cream cakes in a row with melted butter on top I'd STILL be the skinny bastard that I am and always have been. My metabolism must be faster than lightning, because I eat all the time (and not just small meals either) . Steroids are my only option.

Actually juicing will be counterproductive for u at this stage.

Ur body isn't done growing yet and juicing now can close off the growing plates in ur cells STUNTING growth longterm rather than promoting it. Besides ur natural test production will peak around age 26. Messing with the delicate hormonal processes at age 19 carries a very high risk of permanent shutdown of the test production or at least retarding it. There is even more good reasons why u shouldn't than this but if these warnings doesn't reach u nothing will anyway.

I do not thing juicing is any kind of option for u at all.

How can u consider it the only option when u don't even work out more than 2 times a week. It doesn't really sound as if u're too interested in exploring other options than the juice. There is no quick fix for ur situation my friend only hard work and commitment.

ok I'll only agree with you on one point - you are 19 and your metabolism is sky high agreed... but thats as far as it goes. 5 ice cream cakes aren't exactly going to increase your muscle and strength... you need a good source of carbohydrates. I doubt you could get through 2 bowls of pasta at night... infact I would pay to see you even try given your very low bodyweight.

Let me be blunt... if you want to be a skinny bastard for the rest of your life go do steroids right now. You might increase your weight to 144 or even 150lbs with water retention - thats still a skinny bastard. I am 5'9 and close to 200lbs in the off season and I don't even juice.. though I am 27. You need to learn how to eat more and consume more calories than what you are currently burning. Additionally I would consider mass gainer protein shakes only (on top of a mass building diet) protein shakes are no substitute for meals either.

Do the hard yards and learn about carbohydrate, protein and essential fat intake each day. When you get your BMI up to high 20s and have a good 5 years of weight training experience then reconsider anabolic steroids if you are still unhappy with your physique.
If you aren't spending more than the avg person spends on their food bill then I know you aren't doing the right thing.

Theres no shortcuts to a great physique.

Great advice bro you said exactly what I was thinking. People think just because they eat a ton of food it is gonna matter. Start eating a ton of good food and let us know what happens. Watch pumping iron the scene where they are all sitting there eating at the restaurant and everyone is staring like holy hell. I mean them boys looked like a pack of wolves eating! Eat good fats and carbs and get tons of fish chicken eggs and red meat!

If I were you, instead of taking steroids which will ruin your natural testosterone production in your 19 years old body, I would consume WEIGHT GAINER for the first 6 months as additional to my daily meals, PLUS lift up weights intensively 3-4 times a week. Then I would add WHEY PROTEINE in my daily menu for the next 6 months. You WILL see the result.

I did when I was 19 year old. I was very skinny before starting this strategy (123 lbs/56 kg), and weight 150 lbs (68 kg) afterwards in 1 year. Without even using any steroids. You are still young. Wait a few more years.

high fat diet is the key to dealing with a super fast metabolism. lots of fats with every meal.

lol twice a week you training your entire body every session?

I suggest you hit the gym 4-5 days a week, get 2 grams of protein for every pound of bodyweight,If you train intense enough and get you diet in check you will grow like a weed, steroids are not magic just like everything else they require food to work.
Let your bodys natural test production do the work its is just starting to peak out.
