1 - R-ala - helps as a carb-sucker upper for the muslces....15-30 minutes before a carb meal......100 mg per 30 grams carbs
2 - Get Trex AND Lrex - the Lrex is non-stim, so its most likely thatyou can takeon an empty stomach.....if botht arent an option...simply take the Trex with meals...you will get a syngerstic effect (1+1=3) from using both though
