Think I am too fat to start bulking cycle?

I would like to see what your diet consists of on a daily basis bro, this way it would give me a better idea on where you are headed, and if you could start any AAS now or wait until you get it in check.

I would probably try and cut first, maybe look into some var, winny, primo, tren, etc., if you could afford it maybe even some gh. I wouldn't do the clen yet, that is primarily to shed those last few hard to get lbs.

Once I got down to at least 10%bf then I would look into the bulking phase.

Trust me bro, a years and a halfs worth of bulking here, and it looks like it will take me at least a good 6 months to get shredded.
 
Ok, 185 @ 15%, 5'10"... Thats about 28lbs of fat on your frame right now, which is a good bit. My guidelines are as long as you're 15% or lower and you've put your time in, you should be ok to start a small cycle. 350 gr a day on protein is going to be hard if you haven't been eating for mass already. 4,000 cal/day is also a little on the high side. Shoot for 300gr protein, 300gr carbs and keep your fats under 50gr. Thats about 3,000 cals/day. One more thing if you haven't been lifting and dieting for a solid 2 years...you need to reconsider. Just being honest bro.
 
thanks Sdawgy,I thank you for your advice. I have been in the gym pretty solid for a long time in the past. I just havent had the best diet lately and although my frame is still solid, I am a little heavy as we have discussed. I guess I may try to lose another 7 or 8 lbs before going in. The protein wont be a problem, with my isopure drinks,shakes, and my eggs,chicken etc... the total calories is more of an issue for me really. I will really have to watch that. Thanks again :)

How has your training been recently? I know you said that in the past you were hard into it, but if you've taken a break of say a year or so...thats something completely different. Don't sweat the extra 7-8 pounds bro, if you eat clean when you start your cycle, it'll go away. Just make sure you have your shit straight before you start any juice.

You can loose fat while gaining muscle if your diet is in check. also cardio first thing on any empty stomach dips into those fat stores!

training hasnt been constant like usual. I travel with my job and try to find gyms when I get into new towns. I am really just maintaining what I have worked for in the past. I never stopped cold turkey and have been taking a lot of protein daily(150grams+) and have been doing cardio 4 days wk for about an hour. My diet really consists of a clean amount of food chicken,tuna,skim milk,shakes,isopure drinks,egg whites,with occasional yolk and a cheat day once a week. I have kept almost all of my muscle, just not as hard as before. I honestly feel like I am ready to blow up with some serious muscle as I havent been balls out lately and my genetic profile is one that is able to build muscle quickly. I did plateau a few yrs back and think this cycle would be the most mass maker for me. Of all the research, this seems the best. ?



Radar, I didnt think I was supposed to do ANY cardio while on cycle? I assume that 30 or 45 daily on empty is good then? I just dont want to hurt my gains at all. I want it all, lose bf and gain 25lbm. I know I am dreaming cause you really cant do it all at once but....

Dude! I'm 52 and stay in shape year round.

If you fast after your last meal for 12 hrs ,hit cardio, you may think you may be wasting muscle,(I look flat as hell after cardio) Right after chower down a large protein shake and you can actually see your body fill out!
