Congratulations to the wonderful women on here acheiving their fitness goals.
Now I don't want to compete, I just want to be in very good shape for myself and my family
I see all these "fat burners" on here. I used to hear about Thermal Burn and Cardio Heat but then they seemed to have fizzled out. Is there a backstory I missed? Did they turn out to be not so effective? Otherwise why is no one talking about them anymore and it seems you can't even buy them anywhere anymore. I held off on getting them and I wonder did I dodge a bullet.
Which brings me to my new question. Now I am hearing about Lipoflame, Lipo Stim3 and a topical - dermatherm. Can anyone give me insight on them and not just the thinly veiled advertisements.
I am recovering from an injury and my 5th child. Although the baby is almost 2 so all the "baby fat" excuses were long gone. My diet is pretty good and I am working out more and more and recently started Insanity. I love it but my legs are killing and usually require a day of recovery. I would like to lose about 30 - 45 lbs. I used to say 50 but everyone says that would put me way too small. I know diet is key and I have really been working on that but I will admit with five kids sometimes it can fall off due to stress and time shortage.
So will these things actually help fill in the gaps? Will they help me push through my workouts more? Do they do anything for recovery? If not what should I look for/ take for recovery?
Finally are these really that much better than what I can get at GNC?
I'm a novice and I usually just come here and look but I'm getting more and more into gear and if there is something that will help me take it to the next level, I'm all in.
