for the past few months ive been trying out new ways for me to make significant strength and size gains its the most basic of the basic and the most painful. in 1 month of increasing what weight i lifted by about 20kgs my bench press went from 100 to 130 my military press from 80 to 110kg military press is the only excercise i use for my shoulders if you want to feel real soreness try bringing the bar behind your neck for a few reps on you last set if your unsure about your strength have someone spotting you im against spotters especially when i see weight lifters rolling 45kg dumbells and getting someone to pass it to them because they are to weak to lift it themselves how the fuck will you get stronger with someone doing the work for you?? trust noone only your own strength.
