Top 5 squat excuses:
1. I squatted yesterday
2. My knee hurts
3. My legs are already big
4. I do legpress...it's the same
5. I am a pussy bitch
Same excuses apply to deadlifts
And when you get the fags to throw down a set, they have a 8" ROM and they still almost goodmorning the weight back up while explaining that they squat all the time. Fuck em...throw on another plate and get the ass to the floor.
