The Professor presents... life after Stanol V

Well here is me after 100 tabs of 10mg Stanol V (generic Winny) , by TTokkyo laboratories... 1st "trial" cycle...
I know from the pics it dosnt look like a whole lot, but my BF probably dropped about one point, and I weigh in over 10lbs more on the scale. My strength is way up. As you can see none of it is water retention.
i didnt take any before shots of legs, so i didnt do after, but they did grow a little, not a lot, but did get signifigantly stronger. i wish i would have dont more cardio and AB work, as that would have left me looking shredded, but my goal was to put on muscle without getting fat... I was eating around 4-5K calories a day. for such a small amount of AAS I think I would consider this a success... started at 20mg ED and finished at 50mg ED tapering up slowly. Before weight: 123... max weight on cycle (before doing a little cardio towards the end): 139 ...now at 136, would like to bring out my ABs a little more, but that shouldn't be too hard for me as I have a fast fat-burning metabolism. Gained considerable vasculatity in the delt/upper chest area. I know I'm no mass monster, but what do you guy's think?
i have 4 pics up now, will update some more later as it takes me forever to upload with my lame dial-up connection...

How long have you been training? You made some improvement to be sure, but I'd bet you've got PLENTY natural potential left. 123 is pretty light to run a cycle. But then again I almost always think people take gear too soon :).

i think you need to feed the kids less and yourself more.

good luck tho, keep up the work.

damn i swear i ate like 4-5K calories
5eggs and 3 tortillas and a piece of fruit for breakfast
usualy tuna and rice for lunch
dinner #1 is a good 1/2lb. steak, potatoes and broccoli
dinner 2 is fish or chicken and some carbs...
in between i have 3 muscle milk drinks mixed in milk, not water (thats almost 2000 calories alone...)
and most days i also eat a big tub of popcorn, cooked on stove, not the bag crap

sometimes oatmeal instead of tortillas for breakfast
also took GNC daily multiple, ginseng, redline energy drinks every so-often, b-complex
im just a true hardgainer. i used to overtrain on cardio and didnt grow more than 112lbs...
also take into mind the INCREDIBLY SMALL ammount of winny i took... i think ill try test next time, maybe next year early on...
im trying the less is more approach... start with a tiny ammount and get results, and keep getting similar results as i slowly increase ammounts and stack as i progress over long term
my routine is similar to somthing you'd find printed in Muscular development, 4on, 2off , always changing excersises to keep my muscles guessing. perfect form
maybe a little high on volume, but i dont think my body reacted good when i did lower, so...

I like your approach to dosage (esp. since the average newb here runs 900mgs/week for their first cycle - I did :( ), but you've got plenty to learn as far as the way you have to eat and train.

The "keep the muscles guessing" comment makes me cringe :). First, you need to eat more. Your life is going to be all about eating if you want to gain. Second, rely on the basic compouind movements and focus on IMPROVING them in a particular rep range over time. I'll link a site that I think is absolutley priceless in terms of info content. It sounds different than what the magazines say and that's an excellent thing:

Spend some time there and I bet you'll never pic up a mag again (unless the bikini-clad cover model is ridiculously hot).
