by the way, just wanted to say that Omega was very cool and helpful about an order of Lipoflame i tried to put. sadly we didnt manage to get it to the UK (lets work on that LOL) but i appreciated the way you dealt with the situation.

I have not seen him is a while do to a gym change

I do know he gained 15 total pounds and kept 12 of them

I never mention the drug equation because its moot.
The Young many gained a handful of pounds IN the right places.
Any one can do that assuming your endocrine system is normal.

Here are the latest "afters" or "during" pics.

I followed Omega's principals again and made a little more progress but have a long way to go. I slacked off for a few months after following the first half of the program. I WISH I would have stuck with it.

I'm working with a lady figure coach, right now but have learned so much from Omega and he really inspired, encouraged, nurtured me along in my journey and for that I will always be grateful.
