Hi Athletes and Friends I am posting this as a condensation of Pictures for record Purposes.
Client "Alpha" was Transformed Via "The OMEGA Project" which I developed over the last couple years.

The Change you are about to see took Place in less then ONE YEAR.
The client before this transformation never stepped foot in a gym till about 7 months before I trained him.

Good shit OMEGA! Excellent progress! What calf routine were you implimenting? My calves are really the only lagging part I have and those bitches grow like a rock erodes; slow as hell. (sorry, been watching How the Earth was Made on discovery channel )

I would say "perfect" one calf exercise and do it till broke, if you cannot feel the muscle working dont do it.

"the head" thing I consider a myth, sure there is the gastroc and soleus but as a matter of function the whole calf works in unison, look at a cyclists calves

lol its cool bro..dont bother me a bit . anyways u got numbers for him? like starting/finshing weight/bodyfat.. although his bodyfat looks very minimal at any stage
