One of the many issues I have with the "Holidays", is the whole concept of full grown adults buying presents for each other. Things that these adults can certainly buy for themselves if they so desire. Im all for presents for kids in general but kids in my world are so spoiled, they certainly arent wanting for anything to begin with.

I dont know, I just have a lot of conflictual feelings when it comes to this shit. What I DO look forward to is the gathering of family and the eating of fantastic foods.

I agree on that! My stupid pitiful sister has already been emailing me to give me ideas...it pisses me off to no end. I look forward to having the house decorated and spending time with family also. Now once my son moves out I probally won't go to the trouble of putting lights all on house...that's alot of freaking work. I feel that people are in the ME ME ME stage, like they have forgotten the true meaning of Christmas.
