Was wondering if I should run anavar only with proviron? But if I can't get that should I do it with a quad sarm stack? I'm lost. I deff want to get hcgenerate

You shouldnt run anavar olny. You should run a test base. I didnt watch the vid nor do I intend to but suffice i to say a test base of some form should be run and IMO anavar should not be run without one.
