k to you dr, when i started the gear i was of the mentality of "oh i just gotta get some clen or some T3 to cut up", but you know, the more i've been in the game, the more i'm learning that the chemicals and compounds really only stimulate to a certain degree, they aren't the sole answer. Diet is really where the work is to be done, and cardio of course, but we are such an instant gratification bunch, we humans. lol
