Someone gave me the book to read. It is all new to me, and it seems to make some big claims of above average results. The first few chapters on muscles, growth and nutrition have been a good read so far, but I am a bit curious about the training method. Anyone have any experience/comments. Would be appreciated.

It is written by Professor Ronald S Laura and Prof. Kenneth R Dutton . They claim, Quote "Some gains in size made by the Matrix Groups at the completion of the course were as much as three times the gains made by the conventional group" ......"gains in strenght by the Matrix group surpassed those of the control conventional group by a factor of 2 to 1" drug free.

There is a lot of half reps, quater reps, half up, half down typ of stuff. I havent really got to the routines yet.

I wanted to know if anyone knows much about this or has tried it. I'll keep reading it though and see what i think at the end.
