Gods ROT Cardio! I freakin' hate it! I'm doing 2 sessions per day as well (just to split it up)....but unless you're getting ready for a comp....why 2 sessions? This is YOUR plan or the plan your coach sent you? I'd be interested (as I'm sure TATYANA and BIKINI MOM would be 2) to see your DIET, your training plan, etc.
Just getting back into it and 2 sessions sounds like recipe for a burn-out to me.... just want to try and give "something" helpful....hope I can!
