i understand...do you pin in the muscle worked...or is that not that important cause i know with the long R3 molecule it will make its way around...yeah i am not looking for strength...and really i dont want the pumps either cause i am a fighter and sometimes those fuck with me when i am grappling...
I just want to keep my weight cause i fight at 207 and my weight right now is 204...so i want to not loose anything when i come off an maybe gain a little...and i don't want to use it that many times...just a couple to keep some more weight on me..
I already fight really well at my weight class...but I am doing a lot more open weight classes...so to be able to hang with some of the bigger boys I just want a little more weight!

I just alternate quads IM. Works fine, no need for site injections. If you're worried about pumps, I'd definitely start with a low dose, like 40 mcg max.
