It's time to eat and your only option is to go to the nearest food court

Where (what fast food chain) do you go ?

I love Taco Bell. Wendy's is good. A chinese restaurant might be nice. I'd try to go for something with a lot of protein, above all else. Steak chalupas or chicken soft tacos. Jr. Baccon Cheeseburgers or nuggets on the dollar menu. Any type of cat, ahem... "chicken" from a Chinese place.

Honest? You starve, because you were idiotic enough not to take something..........there is no reason for fast food.........I have bars, shakes and tuna packs in my office, in my car, at my house, at the girl's house...........

Failure to plan = Planning to FAIL!

Yep. I have cans of almonds and jerky at home, in my desk at work, and in the glovebox of my car. My girlfriend INSISTED on going to Davanni's this past weekend (pizza/pasta place in Minnesota) and that would normally spell great trouble, but I got a half hoagie, no cheese, and double the chicken breast. Wasn't terribly bad, and if that's the worst thing I eat in a day then that's alright. If you absolutely HAVE to eat fast food, then get some white meat (not fried or breaded) and no mayo, cheese, etc. I don't even usually eat the bun if I get a chicken sandwich.

But like JKurz1 said, your best bet is to plan ahead and bring resealable bags of food wherever you go.

Now thats a different story bro..............NOTHING is wrong with treating yourself to whateve the hell you feel like for keeping a strict diet 99% of the time.........got to keep the sanity, and I go out to dinner once a week. What he was talking about was failure to PLAN and therefore having to sucomb to garbarge..........big difference...........

Do you know "Made In Japan Teriyaki Experience" ? (rice + veggies + chicken)

"Failure to plan = Planning to FAIL!"
True but not always applicable
