And you'll notice a tremendous gap in mind-set between trainers on the bottom and the top - that's why it's hard for a new trainer not to get stuck in this low-level of thinking - my advice to any new trainer is watch what the guys at the top are doing - model your training and business after them and let their examples inspire you -
