It's too bad most forget what it means to be a true Southerner. Most stereotype us as 4x4 driving rednecks when this was further from the truth for the true gentlemen and ladies of the South.

My ancestors fought to deter the very thing that has happened to this country. So when everyone bitches about big government invading their personal lives, you can thank the very government that you voted in. Regardless of party affiliation, neither candidates stand for what this country could and should have been. Instead, we have "Orwellianism" at its finest.

You need to get with the program. Texas is not the South. It's just Texas.

My granddad grew tobacco and soy beans in South Carolina.
