I've heard that the anabolic diet '35/5/60' while hitting around 20 - 25 x BW in calories is an ideal way to lean out, while gaining mass...
if I were to run a NPP/Tbol cycle with this diet... and am looking to cut up, and maybe gain a few lbs... would this be ideal? I would think that a High protein moderate carb, low fat diet would be a better option considering I'm on?
Anyone do a high calorie CKD to bulk?
