...but i've seen them ALOT cheaper than this on the net and in stores. If you have a med ball you could also rig up a chain housing for it, and wrap the end to hold onto...or even use a pulley attachment as a handle.

Don't order one yet I will ask the guy who owns the tornado ball that I use where he got it. I am almost positive they can be made for less than half of what they are offered for at fitter1.com.

On a side note fitter1 has some awesome stuff, like their fitter board

They do have cool stuff. I like to shop around and then figure out how I can make it for 1/10 of the price.
