so everyone how was your thanksgiving and how many protein cars and fats do you think you ate? im guesing i ate close to 5000 calories 500gs of protein and no clue bout fat

3200 cals only 200g protein. lol

That was just the thanks giving meal bro. thats not breakfast,dinner and the protein shake I had before bed. I had thanks giving around 3pm so I still eat again around 7 and had a shake later that night. I also had a 8 egg veg omelet
with wheat toast for breakfast. :p

haha dam i thought i beat you on this one oh and btw im hungry atm any ideas on a good snack that some one who is a complete idiot when it comes to cooking can make ^

1 cup splenda

1/4 cup low fat yogurt butter

1/3 cup evaporated milk

1 cup peanut butter

1/2 tsp. vanilla

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup peanuts

Don't forget this part lol

Bring the sugar, butter, and milk to a rolling boil. Boil for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and stir in the the peanut butter, vanilla, rolled oats, and peanuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let stand until set.
