I visit this board specifically for the Women's forum. It seems to be the only site with female participation. My wife has been lifting for a bit and is getting pretty serious training with me. I've been able to get great info from here about females and lifting. I thought I would join just to say thanks, and I'm sure I'll have a lot of questions for you guys.
I've learned that there is a bit of difference between boys and girls when it comes to training, diet and supps.
In case any one is interested I'm fairly experienced. Lifting for about 10 yrs. 5'9" 225 about 12%bf I've got me pretty well figured out. The wife is another story. She is in good shape. 5'5" inches maybe 5'6" about 135. quite muscular, very athletic. I love that she is getting into lifting.
