I accomplished a goal of attending the boot camp class4 x this week. I also have tracked my food which I consider even more important.

The outcome has been quite remarkable. I feel so much better , I have more energy and my thoughts and emotions are much more manageable. I'm drinking way WAY more water and I realize I was freaking majorly dehydrated.

How amazing it is to face a fear and share it that really amounts to accountability which makes such a difference in achieving a goal even just a little one. This has been a very good week. I wanted to say thank you. Even though its not always noticeable your posts all over this board have really inspired me. I am a big believer that helping people sometimes comes down to being a good example . Your good examples have made a huge impact on me . Thank you.

Excellent! very glad to hear it. Now you've conquered that inertia and gotten yourself moving in a positive way the healthy choices will become far easier to make. :garza:

I'm a believer in the idea that the mind follows the body. It responds to the undeniable fact that the body is doing something (either productive or destructive) and responds to it.
Stay with it and you will build a habit of more productive thinking, healthier diet, and physical exercise.

Regarding the water intake, just drinking enough everyday can just by itself greatly increase our energy levels.
