i've seen tons of properties in flint for like 10 bucks. does it suck there as much as i imagine? i'd think drug dealers would just buy them all up for flophouses.

flint is a joke..i def would stay away from anything anywhere by flint or saginaw..5 bedroom house there can rent for 400 a month. 1 major repair a year and your assed out and negative...let alone trying to find anyone reliable enough to pay rent hahaha

we have a few cities here that are cheap as a mofo...all in a good location...they all butt up to 2 cities that are big bar scene night life etc...so we get good tenants mainly college kids or young families
