Wow.... I thought this would be an in depth topic but I had no idea there was so many different types of gh/hgh/peptides etc.... out there. Let me elaborate a little bit more......

The rest would be a crucial part, if only I could rest! I work as a personal trainer and am always on my feet punching/kicking/kneeing etc.... so the rest is only on the weekends.

A friend told me to get somatropin blue caps and do 1iu a day about 6 hours apart 7 days a week. He didn't have any good reasoning or explanation for his suggestion just what he was "told would work".

I'm a bit in the dark about how this stuff works. If that was the route i went is it dangerous to take hgh close to bedtime if your 30 years old as it would inhibit the bodies natural gh production and I would be wasting it. Or is it the other way around your body can only use and produce the stuff when your in REM sleep so the only effective time is to use it before bed. Man, so many questions so little time to read! And I still don't have a reliable source lol!!!! Especially if this is going to run $1500 for 6 months worth.... good god might as well cancel my insurance lolol
