I've done one cycle. Planned sust @500mg/week. I had to cut it short for personal reasons. 6.5 weeks and I gained 15 pounds solid. Still got it, along with almost all the strength gains.
i myself goin to use Cyp but at 250 a week i don't want to really gain weight but lose a little BF going to doit for 7 weeks along with 4 weks of winny in the end. I hope to gain like 50+ lbs in benching and get good endurance out of it fo my running
