150 for me,feel great no acne, take hcg 500 ius every 10 days, a-dex .5 mg eod perfect.

You need to read up, some.
HCG has two primary roles during HRT. It mimics LH and stimulates the Leydig cells in the testicles to produce endogenous testoterone, this counteracts the negative feedback system and maintains testosterone production. It also prevents or reduces testicular atrophy.
I personally use 250IU subQ every 3 days.

Im taking 100mg of enanthate a week. My Dr said not to bother with the pct stuff right now. He consulted with an endocronologist who just told him to have me stay on 100mgs a week.
I think I'll broach the subject of doint some hcg every now an then tho. Im just happy he finally gave me the test.

My Doc doesnt really know what hes talking about. Said something about weening me off by doing 75mgs a week and then 50mgs. Just doesnt understand that whether its 1000mgs or 10mgs your still shut down and either way I will go through like a year of hypogonadism .
Thus Im just going to stay on. I'll broach the hcg thing when I visit with him next. Hopefully the endo will concur. Either way I can pick up hcg for research purposes for www.hcg5000.com

I Am About To Start Hrt Through A Clinic, 200mg Injected Each Week With Hcg Every Week, Not Sure What Dose On The Hcg Yet. They Also Suggest Dhea And Anti-e. To Me This Will Be Better Than Placing An Order, Waiting, Wating, And Wondering If It Will Ever Come. Cant Wait.

i've been on hrt for 2 yrs at 100 mg/week of test.i also take .5mg of anastrozole two to three times/week as needed.every 12 weeks i wait ten days after my last shot of test and take 1000 iu of hcg/day for ten days along with 100 mg of clomid/day for ten days then re-start my 100 mg of test.i've been doing this for over two years with bloodwork four times a year and have had great results.around the 8 week point i do notice some minimal testicular atrophy and by week 12 i am on pct and they go back to normal size within 1 week .this is how i have been told through doc to do it and it works for me.the endocrinologist actually says 10 weeks then start hcg/clomid but i run it 12 and am fine.Galaxy said:

Can some of you guys talk about costs in general... I am talking about prescribed Test, and prescribed HCG as HRT.
I think that's permissible. I found out I have low Test, below 300. Caused by a bike racing accident that damaged one of my boys. Looks normal, but I guess isn't working all that well.

mine was covered under insurance 5 ml of 200mg/ml test e $14. He had me on 50 mg/wk. Felt just as bad as not taking anything.
Currently trying clomid to get my gonadtropins up cause of a lazy pituitary. 42 dollars for 12 pills. Not covered under plan because clomid is for women.
Mods, please forgive me if legitimate prescription costs are not allowed.

HRT.....$240 for lab test.....$170 to see the MD.......$200 for 10ml 200mg/ml test cyp......$130 for 10,000 iu HCG. Retest 4 times a year. Clomid, HGH and bromo are also available at the normal inflated price. MD ordered 200mg test cyp weekly and 250 iu hcg eod. On week 3. Planning on adding HGH to the next RX at about $300 a month.
Wow. Mine is $50 Dr visit fee, 250mg Test Cyp injection@$110 every 3-4 weeks. My insurance picks up 80% . That leaves me at $30 out of my pocket ONCE my deductible is met,of course.
my insurance pays for it...I only pay the $20 or something doc and 20 for the test.
I see that some ppl stop taking the test while on HCG.....I never understood that! It takes for ever to build the test levels back Unless you time it with the HCG.
I pesonally do not see the point to do that, but who knows I might be wrong

Don't kid yourself....Thats not HRT, it's a fullfledged cycle. Also any Dr. that is prescribing that much for one person per week could possibly lose there liscense for that.
I personally I have a pre-existing condition and a herditory factor{Brother and father have problems as well} and the most I get is 150-200mgs of cyp per week.

be careful with that. I believe there are other things that could crop up like high bp and increased rbc. Let us know how it goes.

So far, I feel good and I sleep better. Im not as tired as I have been in the past when I run stuff. I get my blood drawn every 6 weeks.. My doc is a good man..

contrary to popular belief this is not a huge dose of aas and it is not
out of the realm of a sane HRT course. in many people 200 mg wk of
test is not sufficient.

layinback, I'm not saying your clinic is wrong, in fact, I think they are more right than most docs who are so concerned with law suits they are afraid to do anything different, such as prescribe over 150mg/wk, God forbid. I am saying that as long as rich people and celebs use the place, it'll never be under legal scrutiny.

That sounds like a perfect maintance regimen. Where do you live? Im in NY and would love to get another doc to prescribe a low dose hgh to me. I am currently on 100mg of test c per week (thats it). But in past have been on hgh @ 2ius daily with a much higher dose of test cyp weekly.
