Testicles Tickle with Tricep Exercises

Wow talk about illiteration!

I've had this for about a month now, When I do dips, tricep extentions etc, I get some sort of tickle in my balls. It's nor pleasureable or negative but I don't think it can be good?

Can anyone help me find out what this is?

Are keeping an eye on your workout parters hands while you are doing your set ? LOL
 
I wouldn't know why it would be just with triceps..but could be the beginning of a possible hernia? def see a doc

To self diagnose? ... If my nutz were involved I'd be at the Doctor's doorstep asap... as scary as it is to think of little Sargies runnin' around, I may want them some day.

It was just because I thought someone else might have had this problem.

It interests me that it's solely with tricep excersies.

Lol my training partner has nothing to do with it.

I don't need help with dips afterall..
 
I'm not sure if you have the option as a non-platinum Member.

But try to at the top of the thread, open up thread options and copy to another forum (Medical)... it's not as busy there, but you may get a response in 6 months, lol.
 
I actually had this when I was starting out in the gym when I was 17-18 or so. I remember it would tickle when I did cable pushdowns. I had some theory as to why this happened, but I have forgotten as it has dissapeared.

I think it's just the way you tense certain muscles to stabilize. It will go away.
