What's good my fellow beasts! I have a question concerning how to set up a diet for a body recomp.
I am running a test E/Tren E cycle at a 1:1 ratio which seems to be where I get my best results, tried low test high tren before and did not enjoy it as much as how I am dosing now. I am at a point where I am pretty lean, but not shredded... But not big enough to want to do a full cut. So I thought I would try experimenting with recomp.
Stats
24 y/o
205 pounds
12-14% BF (abs showing)
Training 3.5 years
3rd cycle
Gear
Test E
Tren E
Anadrol (for when I get lean enough)
Aromasin
Diet: (maintenance cals 3000-3200)
Here is where I need some experienced opinions, I was thinking I should eat at +5-700 on training days and maintenance on rest/cardio days, I train heavy 5 times a week with 2 rest/cardio/ab days.
I don't need help with what foods to eat as I am on point with my nutrition choices, but any input on macro setup would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance to anyone who has some info on what has worked for them, or a good starting point for me to adjust from as necessary! Feel free to ask any questions that may help! Happy lifting bro's
