you need an ai bro. animal pac is vitamins isnt it? lol

use aromasin

Animal Pack isn't going to cut it you need liver support also,lots of water, cranberry juice, taurine,Adex Or AROMASIN (exemestane tablets) also don't forget your PCT after the cycle is over.

use an AI like dex ( i rec 0.25-0.5mg eod) on cycle and a PCT of clomid and tamox for 4-5 weeks after cycle. the animal pack is a ok supp, a mix of them actually. i take mine separate and mostly in powders and just pop the multi with them, i feel animal pack is over priced and harder to tweek to some peoples needs/wants, but it does make things a bit more simple.

dont run without an AI and a pct on hand IMO
