Test Prop + NPP 8Wk

Hi guys, looking to start my new cycle.
Not sure if this is good and will come with any gains.. but here is the outline..

wk 1-8 test p 250mg a wk
wk 1-8 npp 300mg a wk
wk 2-8 a-dex 0.5mg eod
wk 10-14 nolva 40/40/20/20

Really unsure of the test p dosages but people are telling me to run npp higher than test p. However it is my first cycle so i'm going light on the npp.
 
If this is your first cycle then you will grow like a weed assuming you intake enough calories. Food is the most important aspect of your cycle. Make sure to take 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight. Take in a good amount of healthy fats from avocados, almonds, fish oil. Fats are a must when trying to grow. I shoot for 2,000 calories beyond maintainence when trying to add muscle. Keep the diet clean but calories high.
Your cycle looks great to me.

Will do bro! Just one question, would I NEED hcg or anything else such as caber for prolactin..? Or am i fine as long as i control my E2 levels with arimidex?

(Though I don't even have the budget to spend on these just asking for no reason) haha

Also, one last thing before I jump the gun.

I have two options here, a test e 12wk 500mg p/wk cycle + dbol kick start wks 1-4 (30mg ed) or this NPP cycle.
For strictly keepable lean body mass gains, which cycle would you pick?

You should run caber or prami with NPP. 1mg a week with the caber, dose split up twice per week. So .5mg on a Monday, next dose on Friday. Prami is dosed everyday. Start at .1mg and working up to .5mg. Prami is a better option but it has some bad sides that can hit people hard.

I would run HCG at least from weeks 4-8, 1000iu a week.
 
yes...you should run caber with npp.
you doing eod for this cycle? becos 250mg seems like once a week.
plus why test p for a first cycle..as it's short-ester and normally done eod..

Make sure you have your E checked & you can adjust accordingly...

I like the test e/d-dol cycle you proposed if you have a choice, but 400 mg's is plenty....I also like this option because I hate nandrolones and I would never run nolva with a nandrolone...you could be asking for major issues, maybe not some guys are OK with that combo but this is you're 1st run & I wouldn't chance it..

While we're on it that's a weak PCT. DO NOT SKIMP on PCT. I would add HCG or HCGenerate mid-cycle into PCT and before I was on TRT I used Post Cycle/Unleashed combo

Keeping gains is up to you with the 23 hours a day you're OUT of the gym, cycle shouldn't matter..

Bump John Juan on the good fats, very big mistake out there every day in the nutrition department, too many guys are missing out on good fats....
