Test/Primo 20weeks

i never use primo less than 16 weeks... run it 600-800 mg week... you don't need to go any higher than that... you should stack it with eq and sarms man...
 
The moral of the story here is, everybody does things differently. There is no right and wrong in that regard. Anybody can do whatever they want and swear by it.

The thing is, when you're young, you can get away with so much. You don't feel the damage, even when it's severe. Hell, you can get shitfaced every night, sleep for 3 hours, have a plate of french fries a cigarette and a coke and do it again the next night and still look good. That's the joy of youth. But in the long run, you're hurting yourself.

Hey, I'm an old guy. No getting around it. And I know that being old doesn't give me any right to tell anybody to do it MY way or the way they USED to do it. But it does give me some perspective.

I've seen guys look buffed at 30 and dead at 31. I've seen guys ready for the pro stage and needed a new kidney a few years later. Thousands of guys on HRT at 35 -- thinking that they're "old" and need it. I've seen guys swear that what they were doing "wasn't so bad' only to be proven wrong in a way that doesn't allow for second chances.

Me? I'm no mass monster. Just a healthy fit old dude who still gets hit on by hot women in their 20's. And not ONE of them has ever said, "Gee, if only you were thirty pounds more, you'd be really hot." Not once.

Take it for what it's worth.

thats a really good point, never looked it this way to be honest.

just as you say im not the one who wants to be as big as possible, just oldschool bodybuilding fysiek but still less. Not that i ever gonna be as big as arnold but you prob get what i mean.

And for me bbing is more about gettin healthy and have a nice shape, than not healty with a nice shape. Thats not te mention of bbing. So ill overlook my plans, ill stil in wait for my blood tests results. Il see how my recovery is and than make my plan about how long and how much aas. Thanks man ;)

look, where i come from we dont have that things i see everywhere here like unleash or things like that. A PCT is just 1/3 of your cycle with a minimum of 4 weeks nolvadex 20mg a day.

I can say you now gonna reccomend to use this and that, probably with a website where i can get a discount. So i dont beleve that stuff. I dont say you will but others will post that for sure.

Thats why i say im not out of it yet.
