I am 6'1 240 12% BF. I want to know what would be better for a lean mass cycle?

1. 700 Propionate and .5mg Arimidex ED Week 1-10

2. [350 Propionate, 350 Tbol] Week 1-3
[350 Propionate, 350 Tren] Week 4-10
With some AI thrown in...
 
Lean mass cycle = CORRECT DIET
The AAS that you choose is not a factor in gaining lean mass...it is your diet.

Tren is wicked as Hell for fat burning and metabolism boost though...but you can kiss your long cardio sessions goodbye. Most people (including me) on tren lose their wind.

you're not kidding. i'm using tren for the first time right now with test. i have a few cycles under my belt BTW. as for the cardio...what i've realized is that the treadmill is out of the question. though...i've switched over to the bike...and i'm able to go at a steady pace for 45minutes to an hour.
 
Ya I understand you can cut/bulk/leanbulk on anything... just wondering which is preferred by members on this board.

I'm not flaming you, but this is a comment I see all the time and it just isnt so. You even contradicted it in your second paragraph.

Of course diet is key, BUT all other things being equal (ie diet), different steroids have different qualities that either help or hurt fat-burning/fat accumulation.

-Anavar has studies showing it preferentally burns visceral & abdominal fat compared to other steroids.
-Tren accelerates metabolism and fat burning as you said above (altho thats only when not competing with estrogen from other roids according to bill roberts)
-Aromatizing steroids increase likelihood of fat accumulation and/or make fat loss more difficult (all other things ie diet being equal), but will also produce more lean mass
-Non-aromatzing steroids decrease liklihood of fat accumulation and/or make fat loss easier (all other things ie diet being equal) but also build less lean mass

bottom line is that diet is key, but controlling for diet, you should choose a drug that has tendencies consistent with your goals.
 
If these were my choices and I was putting strong emphasis on a lean mass outcome for this cycle that would be truly noticeable I'd say test/tren.

I have to respectfully disagree with Goldprospector as I believe that certain compounds that are intended to and have a history of producing certain outcomes should be used when cycle goals are consistent with the profile of that compound.

Though I will say that diet is still as important as any compound selection and can greatly diminish the results of any cycle if it is not structured properly and adhered to strictly
 
I did a test/tren/winny cycle and it was the best cycle ive done. Great gains and kept more than I thought I would; although i used hcg, nolva and clomid. But a test/tren cycle is great, add some winny and its better.
