Test/HGH = Massive BLOAT

Hi guys,
Currently on my Day 10 on:

500 mg Test E (Injection 2 times per week) and HGH Genotropin Quick - 2.3IU per day.

I'm really bloating up - especially in my face, but also wrist, hands etc.

Will pick up some Magnesium Pills and Dandelion Extract, to make sure my Sodium / Potassium levels are balanced. My diet is very protein-rich, with almost no carbs. And sodium rich food is very low.

My question is; Should i stick to trying out some different herbal solution, such as Dandelion Extract + Magnesium Pills.

Or should i take some AI, to get my Estrogen levels down? Maybe that's the thing causing it? (Got some Anastrozole on hand).

I'm also planning to start on Clenbuterol tomorrow.. should i stick to the Test and HGH, or would it be a good idea to throw in some Clen, to maximize my fat loss?

Merry christmas,

are you saying you are running 500 mg of test and not using an ai??

good lord man, clen is not going to help you with controlling estrogen or water weight... smh... the issue is you are not using an ai with 500 mg of test... throwing in clen is NOT even close to a good idea, its just as bad as the fact you are not using an ai in terms of ideas

Hi mate,
Thanks for the answer...

Okay... clen was just plain stupid to think that was a good idea. Realize that now, was overthinking a bit much.

Yes - i'm not running any AI (I'm on Day 10). I got Anastrozole/Arimidex on hand. But i've been told (and did A LOT of research) that i should drop AI to when it's needed, and not run it if it's not needed.

But from what i can hear and read, it would be wise to throw in 0.25 or 0.5 Arimidex in ED, to also solve the Water Retention/Bload?

Would you agree?

Once again - thanks for the answer.

By the time AI is needed, it's usually too late.

It is common to start an AI "when needed" but that's bro science.

GH can also cause H2O retention.

You should add an AI.....it may not eliminate the problem but it should help.

Diet could be impacting your bloat as well.
