I disagree. I ran test e @ 250 and EQ @ 400 for 14 weeks and LOVED IT. Great slow burn, great pumps, solid LMM, kept most of my gains, low sides, throw in some liquidex for the bloat and you are golden. (nolva if gyno is an issue which it is not for me) This was a very good cycle and it you lift hard you will be happy with the gains. it may just be me as we do all respond different, but more test would of just equaled more sides/bloat.

With that in mind it's obvious that one should run the highest dose of test possible vs. the sides. I always run test as the highest AAS in my cycle or it's at least equal to anything else. I don't know where this 250 mgs/wk of test theory came up, but I can guarantee you'll feel better and have much better gains by using at least 400 mgs/wk.
