Test Enanthate/Equipose First Cycle

So I've had this stuff sitting on the shelf for almost 2 years now and am nearly 22 years old and have decided to go ahead and do it.

I'm 5'9" 180 12% body fat and carry most of the weight in my upper body.

My goal is to get up to about 195 but reduce my body fat to 8%. So I will be dieting HARD and doing cardio at least 3 times a week. I am also more than likely going to be circuit training 3 total body workouts a week to keep my heart rate up.

I am a personal trainer at a high end private club. I don't want to blow up massively. I want to get jacked but have it be somewhat realistic so that my clients and the entire facility doesn't obviously know that I'm on gear.

All in all, I basically want it so that I look somewhat bigger with a shirt on but look ridiculously jacked with a shirt off.

I've done a lot of research and was planning on running the Test @ 500 mg a week and the Eq at 400 a week for 10 weeks. A friend of mine who has cycled said doing 1 gram of gear a week is a lot. Everything I've read on these forums and other BB Forums says that 500 mg of test E and 400 of Eq is relatively basic.

Should I run them for 250mg/200mg a week or should I just go with the 500mg/400?

Any input is appreciated! Thanks.
 
500 test 400 eq is fine. however, if this is your first cycle, you could make solid gains with a little less if you chose to.

if this is your first cycle, I think the test enanthate at 500 mg/week will work fine for your goals, but I think everyone who has any experience with eq will tell you that 10 weeks is pointless, as the eq will not even start working before the 6-7 week mark. I've run eq twice before ,, and I don't think you'll see much results running any less than 600mg/week.

Thanks, appreciate all the input. I will probably run the Eq with the Test and try to make a trip down to Tijuana to get some more. No point in doing the test and just sitting on the Eq for later on down the road, don't know if I'll be able to get more of anything ever at this point.

One more question, I have 2 10ml vials @ 200mg/ml. Would it be a complete waste to pyramid the Eq @ 200mg/week for the first 10 weeks then 400mg/week for the last 5 or some other kind of combo like that?
 
Just do test E for ur first cycle.. U dont know how your body will react to these compounds.. U'll get very good gains from 10 weaker first cycle on that .. My buddy I had put on a cycle just finished his PCT .. He did 10 weeks test E with arimidex, finished with HCG and clomid .. He put on 19 lbs.!! kept 15lbs.. we where at the gym 5/6days a week 1-2hrs a day..
 
Its a good first cycle but should run it for 13-16 weeks not 10 simply because of the EQ. You might not see that kick in until anywhere from maybe 5-8 weeks
 
here is the right answer:

500 Test week: 250 Mon, and 250 Thurs---weeks 1-14
400 EQ * Front load first 2- 3 shots at 800---stop at week 10
