So I've had this stuff sitting on the shelf for almost 2 years now and am nearly 22 years old and have decided to go ahead and do it.
I'm 5'9" 180 12% body fat and carry most of the weight in my upper body.
My goal is to get up to about 195 but reduce my body fat to 8%. So I will be dieting HARD and doing cardio at least 3 times a week. I am also more than likely going to be circuit training 3 total body workouts a week to keep my heart rate up.
I am a personal trainer at a high end private club. I don't want to blow up massively. I want to get jacked but have it be somewhat realistic so that my clients and the entire facility doesn't obviously know that I'm on gear.
All in all, I basically want it so that I look somewhat bigger with a shirt on but look ridiculously jacked with a shirt off.
I've done a lot of research and was planning on running the Test @ 500 mg a week and the Eq at 400 a week for 10 weeks. A friend of mine who has cycled said doing 1 gram of gear a week is a lot. Everything I've read on these forums and other BB Forums says that 500 mg of test E and 400 of Eq is relatively basic.
Should I run them for 250mg/200mg a week or should I just go with the 500mg/400?
