Test E vs sust - what's better?

I was wondering what's better - sust or test?

I'm looking to put on some good size and strength for wrestling season this summer.

Currently

24 years old
190 lbs
5'10
It's my Second cycle. I did test prop in Feb. 8 week cycle. Saw some strength gains but not major size. I got the stuff from India while I was there. The stuff was really watered down compared to the one bottle I got from here.

What do you think?

I'm trying to go to test E now to be strong throughout my wrestling season which lasts about 3 months.

They are both Test. Sust will hit you quicker because of the different esters. It may be easier to keep steady blood levels with E though. They both have the pro and cons, but they are both the same hormone. I personally prefer Sust, because it turns me into a God sooner.

You're cycle ended or started in February?

I started my cycle in February and ended first week of April. I'm not sure about my BF% but my abs were showing more than now.
