Hey guys i have two quick ?'s about Test E im running it 500mgs for 10 weeks i just wanted to know one am i def going to need water retention pills or is that not that common with and how long after i start the cycle should i know if im going to need like an AIFM any help would be great

you should use some form of an AI to keep the bloat down from estrogen. so yes get some aifm

well i was gonna use the AIFM for my boobs or chest to stop from swelling and soreness cause i have read and have friends who said they get puffiness and soreness in the boobs but what would be a good water retention for my face?
