Test-e / Dbol drug interactions

Hi everybody,

A friend of mine is on a Test-e cycle with a dbol kick start and wants to know if he can keep taking his zyrtec.

Dbol being somewhat liver-intensive/toxic I did some googling and haven't come up with much yet. I know that grapefruit juice is largely a bad idea.

What do you guys think about common drugs people are using for allergies / headaches and 17α-alkylated steroids?

I can't find anything about zyrtec or claritin that is very informative. I know zyrtec is primarily excreted in the kidneys, but there are warnings to not use it for people with liver damage. Claritin is much the same if not worse.

I told him not to mess with tylenol for his headaches on a "don't fry your liver" hunch. But I am not sure if aspirin or ibuprofin would be safe substitutes.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated and likely to be googled for years

Zyrtec will elevate liver values, found it on a quick search, so I don't recommend him taking it while taking dbol. Ibuprofin is a good substitute, best option for on cycle anti-inflammatory.

Personally I normally don't take many drugs at all. When I'm running an oral I avoid them like a plague. Not worth pickling your liver.

500 mg test-e / week 30 mg Dbol daily. Dbol for 3-4 weeks, test e 10 weeks. It's his first cycle and those seemed like reasonable / safe doses if not a bit on the low side for the dbol. Has an AI on hand (I think its arimidex) I think for week 3 or maybe just symptom fighting and then Nolva + Clomid for PCT. Better PCTs are a bit tricky to acquire in this country. Seems bizarre with how simple Dbol and Test e are that Nolva and Clomid are hard to come by.

Yeah I basically told him not to touch any other drugs until I googled them so he isn't doing the zyrtec. I'll let him know ibuprofin is a decent option. I thought aspirin thinning the blood might have some advantages over it due to the blood thickening of AAS.

A quick grapefruit rant: I've seen people suggesting people use grapefruit juice to increase drug potency with Dbol. Seriously guys that is the worst idea I have ever heard of. The effects of naringin aren't well understood, are variable between people, and you are monkeying around with liver failure. And grapefruit juice is friggen expensive you are barely saving any money at all doing that while risking liver failure. Don't be dumb.
