Hi guys started mg test e dbol cycle any inputs on my diet ?
Morning 3 or 4 eggs and about 200 grams of some breads with cheese inside
After workout 500 grams yogurt and some nuts like 50 grams
Evening it changes a lot but usually rice with patato es or some pasta
And more
About 0.5 till 1 liter milk a day
And spread over the day about 500 grams meet ( chicken ) do you guys think this is enough for a bulk? Any additions to my diet will be welcomed
