Test E cycle check

What are your approx macro grams when your on cycle Dylan?

3200-3500 calories
475-500 protein

moderate carb
low fat...

i cut the calories back a bit now and the protein down in the 460 range because im trying to shred as much of the size that i got from my cycle... i'll stay right at 3000 during my sarms stack.. 2900-3000
 
I'd like to see your complete diet. 470g of protein is overkill.

I'll post it tonight when I get the chance, there's been kind of a family emergency and I've been spending a lot of time at the hospital. It's been tough to stay on my planned diet this past week but I'm trying. And I usually get at least 450g of protein, but I will probably drop that a little once I start to lean out after the beast, and I will drop the calories a little bit as well.
 
beast is a great kickstart to a test cycle...


1-12 test e 500 mg week
1-12 aromasin 12.5 mg eod
1-4 beast 20/30/30/30
1-4 n2guard
7-14 hcg 500 iu's week or hcgenerate

pct
15-18 clomid 25/12.5/12.5/12.5
15-18 unleashed/post cycle
15-18 forma stanzol

make sure you are getting plenty of water and carbs with the beast bro... you also need to run n2guard with it... good luck on your cycle!

I also forgot to add, that because of me not getting my planned macros, I'm going to start back up tomorrow when things are normal again around the house. I was supposed to start my cycle today, but I'm going to get in the groove again for about a week and start next Sunday. It will also allow the n2guard to get here. But thanks for the input guys, I'm pumped for this cycle.

Where do y'all suggest I do my first pin? With my Winstrol cycle I only shot my ass and my girlfriend did it for me, so I've never pinned myself. I don't think I'm flexible enough to do my ass alone, so I'm planning on thighs, but I'm worried that I don't know the exact spot to pin it. I've looked at pictures and videos, but I'm still not very confident in it. I'm sure it will be a breeze but I'd rather just get y'alls opinions on it even though I sound like a pussy.
 
My 2nd week is over bro n I had 4 pins so far in my outer quads no pain after injection or anything so far so good!!! I say quads...

Ok thanks, I'm probably gonna end up doing quads either way, but where exactly do you pin. Like if you put your leg straight and flex your thigh, how far up from the start of the muscle should it be? That's really the only thing I'm worried about.
