Hey all, would like to know your thoughts on my following cycle and pct. I have cycled a few times before and had great results, however recently took up crossfit 4-5 times a week and no longer lifting weights in the gym, love the competitiveness of crossfit. Since starting crossfit and dieting i have really leaned out fast and would like to add some lean muscle mass. NOT interested in big bulk and water retention, 2-3 kgs of quality muscle gains is what I'm looking for. Current stats 6'1, 81kgs and 11.9% body fat.

Running only 250mls of test e a week as my cardio really fatigues at 500mg, and with crossfit i am doing cardio every night. 60mg of winny oral per day as the tabs are 20mg each. As i mentioned only looking for quality lean gains.
