Test-E and Tren-E

Simple answer if possible, Ive been using Test-E 250 at 2ml 2x a week and I want to add Tren-E, can anyone tell me what dose?
Should I back the Test-E down to 1ml or 250mgs a week and add the Tren-E and if so, how much Tren-E and how long can I or should I do the Tren?

A good dosage for a test + tren cycle is 500mg/week testosterone (like you are doing) + 300mg/week tren.

Add in 150mg of tren to each of your injections.

Tren is a very harsh steroid in the term of side effects. I would limit tren usage to 10 weeks max.

The reason I said that is my best friend does Test and Tren and he only says and I only good things and this guy is known for being a hotheaded dude, but I haven't seen him twist off once in the 2 months he's been on the tren

If you have good Tren, why would you need 500mg of test? 500mg of test is a cycle by itself. When my shoulders recover I plan on 200-400mg Tren E (I've not used Tren before so I don't know what dose I can tolerate) and adding 100 mg test C. Granted my test is from my TRT so it's from Pfizer and came from a real pharmacy.

I just got my the rest of my cycle (Test-E and Tren-E) and I got nolvadex, How much nolvadex should I do while on cycle?

Tren and nolva is a no no.

Have you cycled before? What's your age, height, weight, etc.?
