Drop the Adex and use only when needed, It also wouldn't hurt to drink alot of Water.
Also the addition of jello to your diet wouldn't hurt either,studies have shown that consuming Gellatin helps repair,the spongy tissue between bones.

yep im use to drink lot of water..so that is not a problem and the jello is my dessert after every meal take my sugar cravings away..thanks radar =)

Cissus Quadralingulis

Buy the powder form and cap it yourself. Its fairly cheap. you can get WAY more for less money.
EDIT: I forgot to mention to mega dose it until it gets built up in your system. I use about 3-4x the recomended dose. Doing research I have read that the body can take ungodly amounts of doseage. So 3-4x would be fine.

Possibly Alflutop.

Not to butt in, but what about tendons,..Does the Gelatine help tendon issues as well? I have used Cissus Quadralingulis in the past with some results. Seems it works well for some, and not so much fro others,...

Thanks much,...>>>--->

I've been in nursing for a few years now & have never heard of "jello" as a pain reliever for sore joints. This is some great information !! This has been one of the best threads I've read - completely surprised by this information. Thanks Radar for the information!! Very, very helpful & interesting! Older people find jello very easy to consume & if that gives some relief other than an extra pill, its on my list of recommendations. Inexpensive to buy, easy to make, easy to take. Thanks so much once again!!

Thanks very much for the info folks,...Will check out Stopain.com . The only thing I found to help my inner elbows has been a perscription treatment of "Ionto pad" treatments with a liquid med, that is suppose tobe similar to cortizone. It's magnetically charged, and when applied to the Ionto pad, then pushed through your skin via a small electrical charge ( 9 volt battery ), it reaches your joints and the med can work. I have to say,..it does work. Problem is,..It's only available via the doc.

I've been on test e for 7 weeks now and developed gyno. I upped my arimidex from .25mg o3d to .25 ed and my shoulder pain (which I've had for a while) got worse. My gyon subsided though. If it is the adex causing my increase in pain is there anyway to get around this or do I have to chose gyno or shoulder pain?
